You are invited to complete the contact form and request a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation. This is a time where we can connect, talk through what you're looking for, learn what it’s like to work together and explore if we are the right fit. Finding the right provider matters—and we want you to feel confident in your care.
You will receive intake forms through my secure portal, inviting you to reflect on your history, current concerns, strengths, and goals. This process allows me to gain a deeper understanding of your needs before our first session. After reviewing your responses, I will send a lab request for you to complete prior to your first session. We will use this information to guide a personalized, comprehensive plan at your first visit.
During your 90-minute intake (either in-person or via telehealth), we’ll take the time to get to know each other. I’ll guide you through thoughtful questions as you share your story, explore what you'd like to improve, and review your lab results. By the end of our session, you'll leave with personalized recommendations and a care plan that aligns with your goals.
Follow-up sessions are 50 minutes, tailored to your care plan and your evolving needs. We’ll check in on what’s helping, make thoughtful adjustments, and explore deeper layers of healing. Depending on your goals, sessions may include medication management, lab reviews, therapy, or supportive coaching around sleep, nutrition, stress, and lifestyle. We offer 25-minute visits for patients who need a brief check-in and medication management.
